We Need Your Feedback - APEGBC's Member Satisfaction Survey

As the regulatory body responsible for the practice of professional engineering and geoscience, APEGBC’s primary mandate is to ensure the protection of the public with respect to the professions by setting and maintaining high education, entrance, and professional practice standards. While APEGBC Council’s first duty is to ensure decisions and actions are made first and foremost in the public interest, Council is also dedicated to maintaining a member-centred organization, and as such have been focusing their efforts on facilitating and improving members’ experiences with the Association.

In support of our regulatory duty, APEGBC is undertaking a Member Satisfaction Survey to determine whether the Association is meeting the expectations of our members with respect to our regulatory and member service functions. This survey will provide essential information on the expectations of our members by identifying factors affecting member satisfaction, highlighting areas of success, and distinguishing areas for improvement.

The survey will be open until November 22, 2010. We encourage you to participate, share your honest feedback, and help shape the future direction of the Association.
