To receive these special rates, please indicate that you are an “APEGBC Conference Delegate”. It is recommended that you make your reservation prior to Wednesday, October 1st. When making your reservation, please provide the following information: date, flight #, time of arrival/departure, one-way or return, and credit card number. A shuttle voucher/receipt will be emailed or faxed to you.
Greeters will be at the Kelowna Airport and The Grand Okanagan Lakefront Resort & Conference Centre to direct you to the shuttle.
