Cooking Competition ($65)

Do you love food and healthy competition? Put on your chef’s hat and enter a lively battle to see whose cooking reigns supreme! Join Westin’s culinary team for an exciting cooking challenge where you get to prepare appetizers, delicious seafood and meat entrées, and create new cocktails. Price includes all foods, hors d’oeuvres and drinks prepared during the competition, and dessert and tea in the Aubergine Grille, where the winners will be announced. No previous cooking experience required.

Book Art Workshop ($25)
2:30pm - 4:30pm
Join us for a creative afternoon and learn how to make books. This workshop is for everyone from complete beginners to experienced artists and will teach you skills and techniques you can use at home. The books can be minimalist and unadorned, or as elaborate as the artist’s imagination. If you have personal materials that you’d like to incorporate, bring them along too. Recycled greeting cards, photographs, beads, buttons, sequins, ribbons: anything that can be adhered to paper.
