Revisions to Quality Management Bylaws Intended to Address Practice Issues
Over time, a number of issues have been brought to the Association’s attention by members regarding the various quality management bylaws. To address these concerns, APEGBC will be proposing a number of revisions to the Quality Management Bylaws as a part of the bylaw amendment vote this fall.

Advanced Publication of Motions Aims to Encourage AGM Participation
To enable the publication of proposed motions prior to the Annual General Meeting, all proposed motions from members should be submitted by September 23, 2010.

Council Election and Bylaw Vote
The 2010/2011 APEGBC Council election and bylaw vote will be held this fall. The vote will be conducted by electronic ballot and members will be sent an e-mail in late August with instructions on the electronic voting procedure.

2009/2010 Annual Report – Electronic Delivery
This fall, the Association’s annual report will be distributed electronically to all members with an e-mail address on file. Upon publication, members will receive an e-mail with a link to the report for download or online viewing.
