Notices of Inquiry - Hearing Schedule

Notices of Inquiry have been issued by the Discipline Committee to Dr. Frank Stromotich, P.Eng. and Ross Morton (Mr. Morton is a former member). Both hearings are scheduled for April 11, 2007 at 9:30 am at the Association's offices.

Dr. Frank Stromotich, P.Eng., West Vancouver, BC

Dr. Stromotich is alleged to have demonstrated unprofessional conduct by:
      1.  Failing to respond to a request of the Investigation Committee; and
      2.  Sending emails questioning the competency of another engineer to the engineer's colleagues.

Ross Morton, Innisfail, AB

Mr. Morton is alleged to have demonstrated unprofessional conduct by:
     1.  Failing to respond to a request of the Investigation Committee.
