New Codes and Regulations Enacted Under Environmental Management Act

The Ministry of the Environment is currently in the process of developing codes of practice and reviewing existing regulations under the Environmental Management Act. A number of these have been enacted or amended to date, some of which may be of relevance to APEGBC members’ practice.
