Conflict Management Systems for Engineering Firms

As part of a student-directed seminar course at UBC, a student group is conducting a project in building a conflict management system within an engineering firm. The group is looking for a dynamic engineering firm with a minimum size of 10 people that is looking for a system for resolving conflicts in-house. It will be supervised by UBC Faculty of Law member, Dr. Sharon Sutherland.
