Membership Renewal Deadline is January 1, 2010
A reminder that under the Engineers and Geoscientists Act, the annual fee payment deadline is January 1, 2010. Please be aware that a $75 late fee will be levied on delinquent payments according to the Engineers and Geoscientists Act. On March 1, anyone who has not yet paid their annual fee will be struck from the register. More Information>>>

Members are reminded that starting in January 2010, APEGBC’s public online member directory will include a “Declared CPD Compliant” note, recognizing members who are complying with the CPD Guideline.

Cancellation of Membership – Ken Dextras, New Westminster, BC
In the matter of the Engineers and Geoscientist Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 116 (as amended) and Ken Dextras, P.Eng., a disciplinary inquiry was held to consider allegations that Mr. Dextras failed to respond to a request by the Investigation Committee for documents and information, contrary to section 30(4) of the Engineers & Geoscientists Act.
