Dismissal of Appeal of Supreme Court Decision – Surinder S. Puar, P.Eng, West Vancouver, BC
As previously reported in the January/February 2009 edition of Innovation, Mr. Puar challenged the jurisdiction of the Discipline Committee to hold an inquiry on various grounds. The application to prohibit the disciplinary inquiry was denied by a Discipline Committee Panel.
