Discipline Notice – Dennis Shiu, P.Eng., Burnaby, BC
Dennis Shiu, P.Eng.’s Order for Further Penalties, in accordance with the terms of the Stipulated Order and section 34 of the Engineers and Geoscientists Act, was reported in the November/December 2008 issue. Upon consideration of further submissions from Mr. Shiu, the Reviewing Member has amended the Order to allow peer reviews of a “sampling” of some of Mr. Shiu’s projects.
