Industry Professionals asked to Weigh in on BCBC Part 10
The BC Building and Safety Standards Branch is seeking feedback from industry professionals on implementation and compliance with the BC Building Code Part 10. Responses are being gathered through a confidential online survey, and the information received will form the basis for assessing the effectiveness of the requirements in the code, as well as providing insight into how the delivery and implementation of new energy performance requirements could be improved in the future.
A number of the questions focus on the BC Energy Efficiency Act as well as ASHRAE 90.1 requirements. Members of APEGBC are encouraged to provide their feedback.
