New CPD Online Recording Centre Now Available
A new online CPD recording centre was launched this month in support of the updated Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements. The recording centre provides members with a convenient and secure place to track their professional development hours.
The online CPD Recording Centre:
- Allows members to carry over professional development hours (PDH) to be claimed in the year earned or carried forward to future reporting years.
- Tracks the limits associated with the amount of PDH a member may claim per category in a calendar year.
- Automatically track any professional development hours accrued from APEGBC seminars, reducing the data entry required by members.
The CPD Recording Centre can be accessed via the APEGBC website. Users are able to enter their activities and edit or delete past activities in the Recording Centre and can export data as an MS Excel spreadsheet, allowing easy manipulation of data to meet reporting requirements of other jurisdictions and professional bodies.
