Forest Engineering and Geoscience Bursary Available
The Division of Engineers and Geoscientists in the Forest Sector (DEGIFS) is pleased to offer a $2,000 bursary in 2009. This bursary is intended to provide financial assistance to a student in an accredited post-secondary or post-graduate program at a degree-granting institution in BC who intends to apply for registration as either a professional engineer or professional geoscientist upon completion of their studies. Studies should relate directly to professional forest engineering and/or forest geoscience/geotechnique.
