Notice – Lawrence A. Lambert, Ladysmith, BC (Former Member)
A complaint was made to the Association regarding a comment made by Mr. Lambert and published in a local newspaper concerning the testing by an engineering company of Mr. Lambert’s company’s product. The matter was investigated by the designated reviewer and was referred to the Investigation Committee, which conducted an investigation and recommended that an inquiry be held.
A Notice of Inquiry was issued by the Association, alleging that Mr. Lambert’s conduct demonstrated unprofessional conduct. Mr. Lambert subsequently resigned his membership with the Association.
In lieu of proceeding to an inquiry at this time, the Association has advised Mr. Lambert that the inquiry has been adjourned. The Association reserves the right to reschedule the hearing of the Notice of Inquiry should Mr. Lambert reapply for membership.
