The results of the 2011/2012 Council Election and Bylaw Vote have been announced. Voting closed at noon, September 30, 2011. Voter participation increased slightly this year with 23.8% of eligible APEGBC members returning ballots.

After considering input from the Association’s Sustainability and Environment Committees, Council approved a motion to endorse Engineers Canada’s National Guideline on Environment and Sustainability.

BC Housing has released a new guide on building enclosure design for wood-frame, multi-unit residential buildings, developed in partnership with the Homeowner Protection Office, APEGBC and the Architectural Institute of BC (AIBC).
