- What are the implications of current and future legislation, case law, and policy with regard to consultation and accommodation?
- What principles and processes can be used to effectively engage and negotiate with First Nation governments to reach successful agreements in resource management and development?
- What is the role and responsibility of engineers and geoscientists in this process of consultation and accommodation?
- How can different worldviews and values around land and resources be described and understood effectively?
