- Confidently interview candidates;
- Avoid expensive and time-consuming legal problems by using an effective offer letter; and
- Ensure new staff hit the ground running.

She specializes in developing and implementing practical HR policies, procedures and systems for companies experiencing growth and change. As an advisor and partner to business owners and executives on strategic and tactical HR matters, Cissy is skilled at ensuring that her HR solutions are practical, functional and easy to implement, yet are also in line with company financial and operational goals. A Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), Cissy holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of British Columbia.
