Seminar

Because the laws of physics and chemistry are the same all over the world, most technical professionals tend to underestimate the impact of cultural differences on their professional activities. This seminar examines the challenges and opportunities that cultural differences create for engineers and geoscientists when they interact with culturally different clients, employees, managers and suppliers.

Drawing from the experience of many professionals all over the world, this seminar helps participants understand the dynamics that lead to misunderstandings between culturally different engineers or geoscientists even when all the people involved have the best intentions at heart and provides concrete tips and suggestions that participants can use immediately.
