This session is for senior professionals who have made the choice to mentor someone. This is a workshop that incorporates lecture along with learning from the experiences of participants. Specifically, this session will provide insight into:
Characteristics of different generations and their impact on the mentor/protégé relationship;
Learning styles of adults;
Characteristics of technical professionals;
Characteristics of highly valued mentors;
Specific detail about the role of mentors and protégés;
Setting goals and objectives;
Communications for successful mentoring; and
Staying motivated

Rachelle specializes in organization development, strategic planning, and leadership training and coaching. Her work is focused on helping managers develop superior working relationships with their project and staff teams to create a positive and successful work environment. She helps leaders develop workplaces that foster commitment and engagement by helping them create a motivating and rewarding environment for all employees.
Rachelle has provided consulting and advisory services across various industry sectors such as engineering, financial services, manufacturing, graphic design/advertising, health care and social services. Before joining the Einblau team she was the CEO of a well-known communications research company.
She is a high energy and engaging instructor who practices what she teaches. She backs her theory with real life examples and has won praise for her down-to-earth approach.
