Seminar

Don't miss out on this opportunity to learn from and teach another professional new perspectives and approaches. Be part of a legacy that helps to give our future leaders a better chance to be the best they can be.

In this workshop, you will learn:

- The difference between mentoring and coaching, and when to use each
- Practical tips and techniques used by the pros
- Common understanding (and misunderstanding) of goals, roles and responsibilities for the mentor and mentee
- Do’s and Don’ts of a worthwhile mentoring relationship
- Defining expectations (frequency, duration, accountability on assignments, no-shows, etc.)
- Refining the match between mentor and mentee (e.g. are topics of interest technical talk, how to handle politics, life balance or interview practice?!)
- How to handle sticky situations
- Breaking up gracefully: a No-Surprises, No-Blame closure if it doesn’t work out

Learn powerful skills that are useful not only as a leader in the workplace, but also with family relationships, in sports and more.
