Phil Cunnington, P.Eng., Aplin & Martin Consultants Ltd.
Phil Cunnington, P.Eng., has over 30 years of experience in civil engineering, as both a practicing engineer and in post-secondary education as a faculty member and senior manager. During his career, Mr. Cunnington has been involved with design and project management of land development and municipal improvement projects in British Columbia and Ontario. His experience in post-secondary education in the civil/environmental engineering area includes teaching at the undergraduate and post-graduate levels, development of new undergraduate programs and the management of a graduate program in Construction Management.
