Effective May 2, 2011

We are pleased to offer a group discount for all group registrations (not applicable to Law and Ethics seminar or CD-Rom, and Coaching for Commitment: Improving the Bottom Line through Performance, Accountability and Productivity) made at once and paid for in a single transaction. The more attendees you have and the earlier you register, the more you save!

10% discount for registrations with 3 - 4 participants

15% discount for registrations with 5 - 6 participants

20% discount for registrations with 7 - 9 participants

25% discount for registrations with 10+ participants

Cancellation Policy (Group Discount Registration)

In exchange for the reduced fee, registrants must accept group discounted fees on a “non-refundable” basis only.

Substitute registrants are permitted up to the day of the seminar and member/non-member fees will be applied. If the number of cancellations brings the group size down to a lower discount level and a substitute is not available, each registrant will be billed the difference between the discounted rate already paid and the next discount level fee.

Please call to confirm that the event is running before confirming travel arrangements and accommodations.

In order to help us process your request in a timely manner, please include the following information:

• System ID number or Licence number
• Name of Seminar
• Reason for refund request
• Amount of refund
• Credit Card used
