The process is very simple if you would like to change your full legal name with us.

Please mail or fax in a certified copy of your marriage licence, name change certificate or current Canadian passport.

To have a copy certified, make a photocopy of your document and ask a P.Eng., P.Geo., or Notary Public to sign and stamp it as a "true copy of the original". Alternatively, you may bring your original document to the APEGBC office and we can make a certified copy for you at no cost.

Please do not send your original passport or documentation to APEGBC.
