On Saturday, February 23rd the APEGBC Okanagan Branch hosted the 2nd annual Surf 'n Turf dinner at the Kelowna Yacht Club with honoured guest Vice-President Dick Fletcher.

On Saturday November 4, 2001 between 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. the Okanagan Branch of APEGBC had a booth at the OUC Career Fair. The APEGBC booth was seen by thousands of potential future engineers. The Career Fair organizers appreciated a presence from the local engineering community.

On November 29, 2001 at 6:00 p.m. in the dining room at Okanagan University College there was a video presentation on the practice review process. The video was followed by a group discussion where members that have already experienced a practice review were able to share their experiences.

This was a valuable information session for all that attended combined with an opportunity to sample the hard work of OUC students.
