Promoting gender equity in the workplace is essential for cultivating a fair and inclusive environment that benefits everyone. It plays a crucial role in decreasing gender stereotyping, enhancing employee mental and emotional well-being, and elevating overall employee satisfaction, performance, and engagement. This workshop unpacks outdated beliefs surrounding successful leadership, and how these notions permeate our thinking, behaviour, and policies. You will gain insights to recognize and interrupt both personal and systemic patterns and habits. You will also learn strategies to actively contribute to achieving gender equality in the workplace.

This webinar is being delivered in recognition of International Women’s Day (March 8) and Gender Equality Month in March. This month, we reflect on the barriers still encountered by women, including at work, and energize the commitment to address those challenges and achieve true gender equality. #InspireInclusion is the theme for IWD2024, to emphasize the role of inclusion in driving fairness, opportunities, and success for all.
